Our Family - Close to our hearts
Each individual contributes to the whole – an does so with pride. Mutual trust and respect are the cornerstones of our family philosophy. Our job is not just a place of work – it is something we hold close to our hearts. We are a family.
That is the secret of Juzo’s success: People with vision, inspiration and commitment – because it takes someone special to create the extraordinary. The dedication of each individual member of the Juzo family supports this company and allows us to make our motto “Freedom in Motion” a reality.
This mission has been and always will be carried forward through future generations – and not just in the founding family. The same can be said about our employees, who have been dedicated to our company for many years and have brought in their own family members over time. That is further proof of how great it is to be a part of Juzo.
Our Sisters - Together in spirit
From a tiny workshop in a home to an international market leader in medical compression therapy: We grew organically over time. Annerose Zorn-West and Uwe Schettler, the people setting the pace at the two sister companies in Cuyahoga Falls and Aichach, are the beating heart of Juzo. These two sisters are more than 4,000 miles apart – but together in spirit.
We bring our “Freedom in Motion” is our mission and we follow that beacon in Aichach as we do in Ohio. Our more than 100 years of experience and constant exchange of knowledge within the Juzo family is not just something we benefit from: what we do is for the good of the patients who wear our products, who are always at the heart of everything we do.
Our Daughters - Out into the world
What would a family be without kids? Only half as fulfilling. The feeling when they are all grown up and ready to go out into the world is priceless. The same can be said about our “daughter” companies, the subsidiaries Juzo UK Ltd., Juzo Italia S.r.l., Juzo Scandinavia AB, Juzo Canada Ltd., Juzo Benelux BV and Juzo Polska.
They give us an opportunity to address the country-specific and regional needs of their individual markets. The most important point is to maintain and guarantee the same high Juzo quality in each and every country.
Our “family” also includes the companies Varodem SA, Selecta Industrial Ltda. and Compressana GmbH, which all do their part to support Juzo to the best of their ability. We are a family business that operates internationally – but we will never forget our roots. We can’t wait to see what the future holds and where else our “kids” will go.
Our Future - We grow
Giving quality of life to others is close to our hearts, and we want to continue to do that all over the world. That is why we not only invest in things like our new facility in Aichach, which allows for more space, better communication, digitalization, automation and new technologies – we are also investing in the betterment of the Juzo family. Our family keeps growing with new trainees joining the ranks and many others who choose to become part of our family.
It is very important to us to offer comprehensive education for young people and to help and support them with additional training throughout their career with Juzo.
And, we continue to add more “daughters”, who in themselves enrich our family as a whole. All of this will ensure that we continue to have the courage to expand into new areas and with your help make the impossible possible.
